TechSupportal Accessibility Statement
Version 1 — Effective [DATE]
1. Our goal. We want TechSupportal to be usable by everyone, including people who use keyboards, screen readers, magnification or voice control. We aim to meet [WCAG 2.2 Level AA — CONFIRM, item 12].
2. Where we are now. TechSupportal has not yet had a formal accessibility audit, and we do not claim that it conforms to any accessibility standard.
3. What we have done so far.
- Pages work on desktop and phone screen sizes.
- Visible keyboard focus outlines on interactive elements.
- Form fields have labels, and errors are shown in text next to the field.
- Password fields have a show/hide button whose label says what it does.
- Print-friendly layouts for tickets and reports.
4. Known limitations. Because no audit has been done, there may be issues we don't know about, such as color contrast in custom Provider branding, screen-reader wording, or complex tables on small screens.
5. Feedback and help. If something is hard to use, contact [ACCESSIBILITY CONTACT]. Tell us the page and what happened. We will try to help you get what you need another way and will reply within [TIME — confirm or remove].
6. Changes. We'll update this statement as we test and improve.
