TechSupportal Privacy Policy
Version 1 — Effective [DATE]
1. Who is responsible. TechSupportal is operated by TeliApp Corporation [ENTITY DETAILS]. When a Provider uses TechSupportal to support its Clients, that Provider decides what Client information is entered and how it is used, and we handle it on the Provider's behalf. [CONFIRM — item 11]
2. What we collect.
- *Account details:* email address, name, optional job title, organization, roles and skills (for staff).
- *Sign-in and security:* your password (stored only in scrambled one-way form), two-step verification setup, scrambled recovery codes, records of authenticator resets and the reasons given, and records of enrollment-code attempts.
- *Organization records:* Client names, addresses, phone numbers, locations and contacts entered by Providers.
- *Tickets:* what you write in requests, replies and notes, status history, and who handled them.
- *Files:* attachments you upload (up to 25 MB each) and Provider logos.
- *Emails and notifications:* copies of emails we send and their delivery status, and in-app notifications.
- *Audit records:* who did which administrative or security action and when.
- *Technical data:* our hosting and sign-in services may record standard technical information such as IP address and time of request for security and operations.
3. How we use it. To create and secure accounts; to show tickets and files to the right people; to route requests to staff with the right skills; to send account, security and (if the Provider switches them on) ticket emails; to keep an audit trail; and to prevent misuse. We do not sell personal information, show ads, or use it for profiling or marketing.
4. Who sees it.
- People in your organization and your Provider's staff, according to their role.
- Staff-only notes, restricted security details and staff-only files are never shown to Client users.
- Service providers that run the platform for us: [cloud hosting and database], [email delivery]. [CONFIRM — item 5] Fonts are served by TechSupportal itself, so your browser does not contact a font service.
- Authorities, if required by law.
5. Cookies and browser storage. See our Cookie Policy. In short: TechSupportal sets no cookies. It uses your browser's local storage (which is not a cookie) to keep you signed in and to remember an invitation or staff code link you opened.
6. How long we keep it. We currently keep information until the Provider or we delete it. We have not yet set fixed retention periods. [CONFIRM — item 7] Audit records are kept permanently and cannot be edited, so that security history can be relied on.
7. Security. Access is limited by role and organization and checked by the server for every request. Staff and administrators must use two-step verification. Files and logos are kept in private storage. Passwords and recovery codes are stored only in scrambled one-way form. No system is perfectly secure, and we don't claim any certification.
8. Your choices and rights. You can view and update your profile and change your password. To access, correct or delete other information, contact your Provider's administrator or us at [CONTACT]. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under local law. [CONFIRM — item 9]
9. Where data is stored. [REGION — item 6]
10. Children. TechSupportal is a business service and is not intended for anyone under [AGE].
11. Changes. New versions will be posted with a version number and date; significant changes will be announced in the app.
