Version 1-draft-2

TechSupportal Terms of Service
Version 1 — Effective [DATE]

1. Who we are. TechSupportal is a service desk platform operated by TeliApp Corporation [ENTITY DETAILS] ("we", "us"). It lets IT and security service providers ("Providers") and the organizations they support ("Clients") submit, track and resolve support requests.

2. Who may use it. TechSupportal is for business use. Accounts are created through an invitation, an approved request, or an enrollment code issued by a Provider. You must be [AGE] or older and authorized by your organization to use it. Public registration may be limited or disabled.

3. Your account. Keep your password, authenticator and recovery codes private. Staff and administrators must use two-step verification; a Client may require it for its users. Tell your Provider's administrator promptly if you think your account has been misused. You are responsible for activity in your account.

4. Roles and access. What you can see depends on your role and organization, and is enforced by the service. Providers see their own Clients' data only. Client users see their own organization's tickets that they created or that were shared with them. Staff-only notes and files are not shown to Clients.

5. Acceptable use. Do not: try to access another organization's data; bypass security or two-step verification; upload malware or unlawful content; use the service to send spam; overload or disrupt the service; or share access with unauthorized people.

6. Your content. You keep ownership of what you submit (tickets, messages, files, logos). You give us permission to store, process and display it only to operate the service for you and your Provider. Providers are responsible for having the right to enter their Clients' information.

7. Providers' responsibilities. A Provider controls its staff, Clients, settings and whether ticket emails are sent. The Provider is responsible for how it uses and shares its Clients' information and for its own agreements with its Clients.

8. Emails. We send account and security emails that are needed to use the service. Ticket emails are sent only if the Provider switches them on.

9. Availability and changes. TechSupportal is currently in early access (alpha). Features may change, and the service may be interrupted. We don't guarantee any particular uptime.

10. Suspension and ending. A Provider may deactivate its staff or Client users. We may suspend access that breaks these terms or threatens the service. [OFFBOARDING: how a Provider can leave and get its data — to be confirmed; an offboarding process is planned but not built.]

11. Disclaimers. The service is provided "as is" without warranties, to the extent the law allows. [LEGAL REVIEW]

12. Limitation of liability. [LEGAL REVIEW — cap and exclusions]

13. Privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

14. Changes to these terms. We will post new versions with a new version number and date. When changes are significant, we'll ask you to accept them again before continuing.

15. Governing law. [JURISDICTION]

16. Contact. [CONTACT EMAIL / ADDRESS]
